Yasemi Superb Two Floor Apartment

The terrace on the top floor is gorgeous.

The access staircase is very narrow, it is quite difficult to climb 2-3 floors even without luggage. The air conditioner on the upper floor was broken and condensation was leaking into the bed. Only two armchairs on the terrace can be used, the rest are broken. The maid doesn't clean, she doesn't collect the household trash. She left the cleaning utensils on the stairs, which is very narrow, and we barely managed to squeeze through them for two days.

The location was great, it's in the centre of the old town and we could easily reach everything except the beach. The room was clean and well maintained. You get two balconies and the second one is quite large.

There was a lack of communication on the host's side, but thankfully it didn't lead to any serious problems. Other than that. everything was fine.

I liked the location. The apartment was very clean and modern. The terrace was an excellent place for breakfast and coffee.

No paper towels or other kinds of towels in the kitchen, no replacement of shower and hair gel.

The position was excellent. Rooftop was unique and we used it when it was not too cool. Everything we needed was there. Bed was very comfortable.

The many stairs, and also stairs in the apartment because you could not grip the handrail.

top location, very central. appartement on two floors, top with kitchen and a big terrasse. communication with Marina was swift and uncomplicated, would stay in this appartement anytime again.

it is in a perfect location. close to all shops, restaurants, museum and port. I love all the artistic details of the apt.

Location could hardly be better in Heraklion - in an upscale shopping street which is close to everything. Surprisingly quiet at night. Lovely rooftop terrace. For 5 EUR per day, you can easily park your car in the new and interesting "Robotic Parking Garage" which is less than 10 minutes to walk. Wonderful cafes for breakfast around the Morosini Fountain, just a few steps away.

The air condition as already described by many others. However, at least, it works... One should not attempt to drive by car directly to the place - it is possible, but costs a lot of time and nerves.
