Barbaras Apartments

Nice simple property is on the top of the hill. if you are lucky- you will have room with sea and town view. (as we have). late checkout- no problem. room was good size compare with others in surrounding area. value for money. property is on the top of the hill- walk to the beach is around 15 minutes. 10 minutes to the lidl by food. ascend is around 40-50 meters to the both.

Everything was beyond amazing!

Communication with the staff was amazing. I was getting all updates before the day of check-in and any questions I had were answered very fast. When we came we were welcomed by George, got a message just when we landed and then met at the apartment to take us through all details as also when we were leaving he came to wish us a nice trip which I think is unusual and a very nice thing to do.

One thing that could be better is the way to the hotel. The hotel has a parking space which is great but what we didn't check is that the way is uphill on a very tight road, as our rental car was very weak- we just decided to park on the bottom of the hill and walk up every time. Even though it's not the easiest walk, it was actually nice as for the views and all the cats on the way :) so it's not a very bad thing either.

Location was great with view to the mountain and see as well and in a still area with no transport traffic at all. Apartment was clean and tidy, host responsive yet not intrusive by any means. 2-3 beaches, 5+ good restaurants and 2 big supermarkets in walking distance.

Kitchen was good for basic cooking, yet could have been just a little more equipped. There were some hassles with parking (internal parking slot got occupied from time to time, rear parking place's entry was not the friend or our car's under-body).

We have received the code for the room and additionally, our host was there to welcome us. Extremly nice, however not mandatory. We enjoyed being welcome. The view in all directions was stunning and two balconies led this appartment feel bigger than it is. I was very happy that all doors and windows have protection against mosquitos. This was very helpful! There are a handful of beaches only 3-7 min away (by car).

The location itself is on the hill and the road is not easy to drive (very steep).

The facilities of the place were modern and everything was in excellent condition and very quiet due to the location.
