Spacious, balconies, parking, walking to centre was easy, quiet location, stores and restaurants at your fingertips. Nicely furnished. Owners were accommodating.

Liked everything. Two beds were overly firm for our party. Owner bought a new mattress topper asap.

Location was great, with nearby cafes, where we had morning coffee, a grocery store, bakery, and other shops. Old town was a short drive, with free and available parking, or a pleasant walk ~15 minute walk. The apartment itself fit our needs well, with three bedrooms, two full baths, though one was a bit small, spacious kitchen, common area, and outdoor deck access from all the bedrooms and common areas.

The only real complaint arises from the directions in the email from the owner. There are two streets with the same name that are not contiguous. The gps link in the owner's email sent us to the wrong street, which then led to our walking around looking for the address or a door that looked like the picture in the email, all for naught. Our initial calls to the owner were not answered. It took about a half hour or a bit more before we got a call back and correct instructions. This frustrating introduction to the property should not have occurred and would have been avoided if the instructions email had a correct link.

Very clean, comfortable and location was central to everything.

Spacious, well decorated apartment with 3 bedrooms and balconies. Private parking available. Host provided recommendations for area and was prompt to reply with any questions we had 😀

Few minor details; Showers awkward ( hard to wash hair without flooding bathroom.) No tea towels to dry dishes Needed to scrub kettle before using

We loved staying in Nikos's beautiful apartment. It is spacious, clean and the beds are very comfortable. The fully equipped kitchen allowed us to cook nice dinners at home every night. The location is great as you can walk to the old centre in less than 10 minutes, and there are also many shops, markets, restaurants and cafés just next to the apartment. Enjoyed having a coffee on the balcony in the mornings :) We didn't meet Nikos, but he sent us all the check in instructions, as well as many other details about places of interest in and near Nafplio, by message and he was very sweet.

The apartment was spacious and beautifully decorated. Parking was good and the area was lovely.

The curtains in all bedrooms were very thin so it was quite light at night due to lights and in the morning due to the sun.

Automation, spacious, amenities

Doors are extremely squeaky, makes it hard for anyone to sleep if someone gets up during the night. The bedrooms are very small if you have a small child that needs to sleep with you and also it was quite far from the city centre (20 mins on foot) and all in all I wouldn't consider it value for money for what it offers.
