Very spacious and cleaned regularly. It was great having a room on the lower ground , i was able to keep my door unlocked and pop in and out when i wanted to .

Dionysos apartments wordt gerund door een vriendelijke Griekse familie. Het is er schoon met mooi zwembad en restaurant/bar buiten. Vlakbij alle actie met auto of bus (waterparken, Chersonissos, Heraklion, Knossos) maar toch rustig in Stalida. Vanaf appartement kun je daar in 10 minuten naartoe lopen. Iedere donderdag hebben ze bbq avond. Aanrader!

"Prijs kwaliteit verhouding is oke"

De locatie was prima, wel een tijdje lopen naar de leuke restaurants en barretjes. Het zwembad was mooi schoon en goed onderhouden, het was rustig in de drukke zomer periode.

We hadden een kamer met airco geboekt, maar deze werkte niet goed, de kamer koelde niet af. Ondanks dat we het meerdere keren aangaven bij de receptie, werd er weinig actie ondernomen. Er werd beloofd een briefje achter te laten en de kamer te controleren, maar dit gebeurde niet of werd bij de verkeerde kamer gedaan. Uiteindelijk kwam er pas actie nadat we contact opnamen met Booking.com, en kregen we een andere kamer waar de airco wél werkte. Achteraf bleek dat de airco in de eerste kamer inderdaad defect was. Helaas hadden we toen al twee nachten slecht geslapen en voelden we ons in eerste instantie niet serieus genomen.

Nicely positioned easy walk from town, lovely pool and bar area with good food and nice cocktails, rooms clean and well sized. Staff are super friendly.
