La vista increíble al centro de Mikonos. Veías el atardecer. Podías desayunar viendo la bahía. Esta a 8 minutos del centro histórico. El detalle de que Katerina te busque del puerto y te lleve al aeropuerto le da un plus a la estadia.

The best part of this property is the view, in my opinion. On a hilltop you get excellent views of the town below, the port, the ocean and some surrounding islands....not to mention that sunset. Sunset was around 8:40 pm. BUT the TWIGHLIGHT AFTERSHOW continues for about 2 hours with magical views! It doent go dark soon after sunset, it changes colors of amber, golden honey, burnt orange and all hues of blue imaginable. So, if you miss the actually sun going down, never fear, there is still time to catch the show. I could not stop taking pictures. Im over 60 and these were the best sunsets I have ever seen in my entire life! The property has 2 floors, ground and upper. Mine was upper with a shared (3 units share) covered terrace. I had tons of alone time on the terrace and I liked my neighbors, so no problems sharing with them! There was no loud partying or music from Mykonos town to be heard. My room cost about $125/nite USD..a great deal. The walk to the town center is 10-15 min, but the walk back up can be a hot sweaty adventure. Beware of the exchange offices. I changed $100 USD and got only 75 Euro. My research before coming here indicated Euros would be needed. Wrong. My credit card paid for all, even the on the busses. Maybe this isnt the same for all islands, but here you are safe. I could keep going with this review, but just come and stay here. The host is quite generous.

My stay at “Germanos Studios” was simply wonderful throughout. Everything was clean, the bed linen and towels smelled lovely, and everything you need for a comfortable stay was provided. The location is incredibly beautiful. Probably the best view over Mykonos. I really enjoyed the view and saw some stunning sunsets. It’s just a few minutes’ walk to the centre of the town, and once you’ve made the climb, you’re rewarded with an incredible view. Katerina is a very friendly and helpful host. She picked me up from the airport, drove me to the ferry, collected me from the ferry again and, at the end, drove me back to the airport. A great service. Efcharistò polì, Katerina.

Comfortable bed, room had a small kitchenette with everything u need to prepare small stuffs or heat up food, cleaning materials included, bathroom had bathtub, toiletries were also included. katerina was an amazing host, she picked us from ferry port & dropped us back by car. Location is on top of the hill so it’s little difficult but if u love hiking then there is a shortcut to city centre. We stayed for 2 nights & WOLT facility is very good, so no problem with food deliveries. The view from the room was spectacular. There was a friendly cat, we enjoyed her company. Toilet paper cannot be flushed but it’s the same across all islands. Mykonos is an amazing island with nice friendly people but everyone expects tip from tourists.

There was some hot water issues one morning, so we were not able to take shower, but Katerina informed us & kept us posted, by night it was resolved.

This is a wonderful place to stay in Mykonos; close enough that you are more or less inside the town but high enough to afford a panoramic view. The most dramatic sunsets we had in two weeks of travelling around Greece. The host was extremely helpful, giving us transfers from the port and to the airport when we were leaving which was a massive help for us. Overall, great experience.

L’emplacement était super, à 10 minutes de la vieille ville, mais il faut être relativement en forme car il y a plusieurs marches. La vue du balcon est magnifique avec les couchers de soleil. C’était très pratique avec la cuisinette, elle avait l’équipement minimal requis. On m’a contacté pour d’offrir gratuitement la navette pour l’arrivée et le retour à partir du port ou de l’aéroport, c’est très pratique.

Desde el comiezo ya ganó puntos, Katerina fue a buscarnos al ferry, sin costo, y nos llevó al alojamiento. Nuestra habitación estaba lista, así que pudimos entrar inmediatamente, lo que fue muy bueno porque llegamos cerca del medio día. El estudio era espacioso, buen tamaño del baño. Cama cómoda, había mi cooler, hervidor y fuente para lavar platos. Esta cerca del centro, a unos 15 minutos caminando y hay supermercado a unos 10 minutos. Lo mejor era la vista desde la terraza. Hay una terraza común, con espacio para cada huesped, y se ve toda la ciudad desde arriba, lo cual es muy lindo de día y de noche. Hacen el aseo de la habitación diariamente. Por último, al check out, Katerina nos trasladó al aeropuerto en el horario ue necesitábamos, sin costo. Tuvimos una excelente estancia, recomiendo el lugar.

La ducha, con tina, tiene una mampara que cubre por un lado, pero no termina de cubrir atrás, entonces por ese espacio salpicas agua al bañarte y se moja el piso y el lavamanos, pero se puede secar fácil, ya que uno se ducha en la parte de adelante de la tina y no salpica una cantidad tan grande de agua. La ubicación es excelente por la vista, pero al estar en altura, debes considerar el regreso del centro que resulta cansador, hay que subir muchas escaleras. Aún con eso, vale la pena.
