The place is very well positioned on the outskirts of Neos Marmaras (8 minutes walk from downtown), and just a turn away from main road, so it's quite convinient for sightseeing of the peninsula. Grocery store is walking distance away. Make sure to have a chat with your host, Mrs Eleni, as she will give you all the valuable info on what beaches to visit and where to eat. That will make a great difference to your holiday. Front yard view will make your morning coffee dream-like.

Beautiful view from the room, great value for the money, and above all, private parking so we didn't have a headache trying to find a spot for our car. Supermarket, taverns, bakery’s, gas station, fish market, all in 200-300m from the accommodation. High recommendation. 🙂

There is a card that you get that you need to insert into the box to activate the electricity in the room (like in hotels), the issue is that the card activates and deactivates EVERYTHING in the room. The card is connected to the key of the room with two keychains and those two cannot be separated, so when you leave the room everything goes off including refregitetors. So when you get back from the beach after a long day, everything in the refrigerator is warm, not to mention that at least an hour is needed until the drinks/food are cold again. I understand that probably many guests left an AC on during the whole day when they were not around or leaving lights on, etc, but yet I'm not that type of guest and I was dissatisfied with not having the option to have cold drinks and food in my room. Please find a way to connect the refrigerators in a way that they can work when people leave their rooms and take the cards out.

Location close to taverna, supermarket, the beach from the north side of the resort and 11 minutes walk to the port. Parking location available. Very nice and helpful host.

I liked alot the location and some of the arrangaments inside the room. Hospitality was great. The garden and the car parking was very great.

In the shower was no light. We thought we would have a double queen or king size bed but there was 2 twin beds stichted togoether. We was in room number 9.

Everything was as expected, large and comfy room, very clean. Location is very good, close to beach and Neos Marmaras.

Everything was perfect. I recommend it.
