I booked this apartment for my parents and their friends. They had a wonderful time and they liked very much the accommodation. The apartment was very spacious and clean. Would recomand it for sure.

The house was very comfortable for a family of 4 and we had a great time. The facilities were great. Easy to park around the street and 5' min drive to Ioannina center. There is a bakery nearby and also a lot of Super Markets. Despite it is very close to central street it is very quite. I recommend it 100% and i will definitely choose it again when i visit the area.

10 Minutes drive to downtown.

Property doesn't provide an elevator while you have to climb a certain number of stairs. It's not convenient for elderly people. This information should have been provided to the description of Property.
