breakfast is simple but good enough, very good coffee! the views are gorgeous really nice swimming pool the staff was very kind and accommodating location is good, not as close to the town center as I envisioned (poor job on my side checking Google maps), but still just about a 10 min walk (the first 3 min or so a bit tense because the road is narrow and there is no sidewalk) the apartments are well equipped!

bathroom was mildly irritating: taking a shower makes the whole bathroom floor wet, and the shower itself is almost on top of the toilet we were maybe very unlucky with weather as it was super windy - storm level, really - and so it was hard to sleep at night with the awning outside shaking like crazy (also some loud neighbors), none of it is the staff's fault, of course

We had a great view from our studio which was a decent size. We enjoyed the pool and sitting out area which also had good views and was nice to come back to after a day out sightseeing. Friendly and helpful owner and cleaner. The studio was cleaned daily with regular change of towels and bedding. The parking area ,just a 30 metre walk,worked ok. Pylos was a good base for exploring the area.

We didn't have a problem with mosquitoes but the screens on the windows needed repair. It wasn't a problem for us but it is a walk down hill into Pylos centre partly along a busy road.

We didn't find the time to enjoy the pool but it looked great. Very nice location, well-equipped, clean, spacious, full of light, very nice guy on the desk as well.
