Plaza Filellinon

Bellissimo appartamento, nuovo e molto curato. Posizione perfetta e una vista incredibile sul mare e sull'isolotto con il castello al tramonto. Propietaria gentilissima ci ha dato tantissimi consigli, super disponibile!!! Un posto dove tornare!

Η τοποθεσία ήταν πολύ καλή, σε κεντρικό σημείο. Ωστόσο αντιμετωπίσαμε σοβαρό πρόβλημα με το πάρκινγ, επίσης λόγω της θέσης του καταλύματος υπήρχε πολλή φασαρία καθώς τα παράθυρα ήταν σε πολύ κακή κατάσταση χωρίς καμία ηχομόνωση. Μας άρεσε πολύ ο εξοπλισμός της κουζίνας, είχε ότι μπορεί να χρειαστείς. Επίσης μας περίμεναν λιχουδιές (τσουρέκι, σοκολατάκια, ξηροί καρποί, νεό, χυμοί, κρασί ακόμα και κεριά για την Ανάσταση γεγονός που μας ευχαρίστησε ιδιαίτερα. Το μπάνιο ήταν πολύ ωραίο και ανακαινισμένο.Γενικά το διαμέρισμα ήταν καθαρό, με όμορφη διαρύθμιση και διακόσμιση. Είχε επίσης παιχνίδια για μικρούς και μεγάλους.

Τα στρώματα σε όλα τα κρεβάτια ήταν κακής ποιότητας. Δεν είχε κανένας μας ικανοποιητικό ύπνο. Επίσης όλα τα παράθυρα χρειάζεται να αλλαχτούν ή τουλάχιστο να επισκευαστούν και να ενισχυθούν καθώς εκτός από την ανύπαρκτη ηχομόνωση όταν προσπαθούσες να τα ανοίξεις ήταν πολύ δύσκολο και προκσλούσες σημαντικό θόρυβο. Επίσης στο δωμάτιο με τα 2 μονά κρεβάτια δεν υπήρχε τηλεόραση. Τέλος κανείς μας δεν πήρε μαζί του παντόφλες έχοντας δει τις φωτογραφίες του καταλύματος όμως τελικά δεν υπήρχαν.

The owner was very friendly and accommodating. We booked very last minute and she let us check in at 10AM even though we gave her very little advance notice of our early check-in request. She met me in person to hand over the keys and walk me through the apartment. She responded to messages quickly. The property is in a great location, right in the heart of Nafplio and not too far from the waterfront parking lot. The property is very comfortable for a family with children and is beautifully decorated. Also, there is a washing machine and drying rack provided in case you need to do laundry.

The apartment in the plaza is wonderful—beautifully designed and spotlessly clean. The host is fantastic; every issue was handled immediately, and she even helped us with additional matters. The apartment is in a central and perfect location. It was spacious, comfortable, and suited all our needs.

The double mattress was a bit firm for our taste, and at night there can be some noise from the entertainment venues in the square.

Great facilities, and of course--Perfect location! Nice to have a loaf of bread and juice provided, along with nescafe fixings.

Beds were a little firm and hard. It's quite noisy on a Saturday night, as expected.

Great location. Close to the parking port and almost in the downtown. Ideal for families with small kids especially when you wish to avoid long distances. Apartment was super clean and comfy
