Location is great, close to the metro station.

Rating: 3/5 The apartment had potential, but there were several issues that affected our stay. The lighting was poor and insufficient, making the space feel dim and unwelcoming. Amenities were minimal and not up to expectations. Additionally, the entire apartment smelled strongly of tobacco, which was unpleasant. Cleanliness also fell short, with areas that clearly needed more attention. Overall, it was an average experience, but improvements are needed.

Despite the concerns, the neighborhood was actually enjoyable and much better than expected. Many reviews warned about the area, but I found it quite convenient and safe. There was always free parking available, which is a rare luxury in Thessaloniki. It’s around a 30-minute walk from the center, but even with a transit card, I often chose to walk and didn't find the distance tiring. Several spots like One Salonika Center and the 24-hour Yes Market are close by, adding to the convenience. One of my favorite aspects was the spacious balcony, perfect for unwinding at night in a quiet atmosphere. It truly became the highlight of my stay. If you prioritize affordability and don't mind a bit of a walk to the city center, this apartment has some conveniences and perks. However, the cleanliness and upkeep could use significant improvement.

While the apartment is well-priced compared to central locations, it unfortunately falls short in terms of cleanliness. I found it to be quite dirty, and previous reviews mentioning ants and bugs are accurate. The lack of cleanliness made it hard for me to settle in initially, and I struggled to sleep the first night due to feeling uncomfortable. The bathroom also had an unpleasant smell, which added to the disappointment. Additionally, the walls are very thin, meaning you can easily hear neighboring apartments, so noise privacy is limited.

The house is approximately 3 km from the city center. There is no parking problem, there is always a free space in front of the house. There is Jumbo and One Outlet Center within walking distance. The cleaning of the house was extremely good, all equipment was complete and sufficient for 4 people, we were extremely satisfied.

The apartament was very small for 4 persons ! Also the location it's a complete dizaster, I was feeling like I was in a favela in Brasil !
