Belle petite maison avec un belle terasse, équipements de qualité, près des petites ruelles piétonnières. Belle cuisine moderne,grande douche, chambre à coucher avec beaucoup de rangements, lit très confortable A proximité de tout, restaurants, super marché. Notre hôte très gentil,nous a fourni un panier de fruits, bières et vin. On a apprécié l’ambiance.

La rue avait pas mal de circulation automobiles mais on s’y habitue et ça fait de l’ambiance, les deux chiens du voisins aboyaient après les passants mais ils étaient doux et affectueux.

Beautiful apartment, very modern and spacious with all the amenities. The location was great and the private parking at the entrance came very handy. Konstantinos the host was one of the best host I have ever met in many years of traveling. Thank you for a great stay.

Die Wohnung liegt in einem sehr ruhigem Umfeld und ist optisch hübsch eingerichtet.

Das Bett war scheinbar selbstgebaut. Nur mit Holzlatten unter einer enorm ausgeleierten durchgehenden Matraze. Es quieschte sehr. Bei jeder Bewegung des Partners schwankt der andere mit, wie auf einem Schiff. Wir haben das bereits am 2. Tag dem Vermieter mitgeteilt. Das Sofa im Wohnzimmer konnte man nicht benutzen, da es so durchgessen war und man direkt in Bodennähe saß. Wir haben dies dem 'Vermieter direkt am 2. Tag mitgeteilt. Er hat es zur Kennnis genommen, aber nichts unternommen. Die Küchenausstattung ist mehr als spärlich. Es gibt noch nicht mal Salz und Pfefferstreuer oder ein Trockentuch. Da könnte nachgerüstet werden.

Kosta war ein sehr freundlicher, hilfsbereiter Host, der 24/7 für Fragen oder Wünsche ansprechbar war. Das Apartement ist wunderschön und lässt keine Wünsche offen, Es gab ein Begrüßungspaket (Wasserr, Softdrink, Wein, Kaffee und Bier), was den Ankunftstag angenehmer machte. Autos können auf der Straße kostenlos auf dem zum Haus gehörigen Parkplatz abgestellt werden. @Kosta: vielen Dank für die Besorgung des Blumenstrauß` am ersten Tag :-)

The host was very friendly and responsive. Any question we had, he helped us immediately. Communication with the owner was very good. On the day of departure , our flight was late in the evening, and he agreed us to stay longer in the house without any charge. The house was very clean, located very close to tourist attractions, good taverna , and restaurants. It is a great accommodation to spend a lovely holiday.

Very nice and cozy appartment in a quiet area. The facilities and cleanness exceeded our expectations. The location offers easy access to local shops and tavernas and to the main roads. Very close to the capital and the important beaches of the island. Definetly reccomend!

Kostas was one of the most supportive and helpful hosts I've come across ever. Communication before and during was flawless as he grew up in the US. Altough I went to Rhodes many times before due to family ties the recommendations he sent over were actually the best choices one could get for great stay. The place is newly done, clean and fully functional. Cold AC when you need it, stable Wi-Fi and a great spacious shower giving you all the amenities for a worry-free stay. Nothing lacking with great restaurants and souvlaki shops in Koskinou in walking distance. Very low car traffic giving you the authentic village life impression you're after when sitting on the clean and spacious front porch enjoying a sundowner. Safe windows, safe door, safe area. Parking right in front of the door was never a problem. 10/10 would book again.
