Doskonała lokalizacja, blisko atrakcyjnych miejsc turystycznych oraz przystanku na i z lotniska. Gospodarz miły i komunikatywny. Mieszkanie duże i ciche, mimo położenia obok ruchliwej ulicy, więc dla osób wrażliwych na hałas miejski idealne. Dobrze działająca klimatyzacja i internet.

Brudny taras, na którym można byłoby rano napić się kawy, ale estetyka nie pozwala. Wypadałoby też przyłożyć więcej uwagi do wyczyszczenia sprzętu w kuchni (w czajniku mnóstwo kamienia, niektóre elementy wypożenia kuchni niedomyte - prawdopodobnie po wcześniejszych użytkownikach). Powinna także zostać usunięta pleśń z kabiny prysznicowej.
