The apartment is huge. It is well equipped and it was extremely clean. The location is perfect, in a quiet side street but close to the city centre.

The property provides outstanding value for money. The location was superb and the apartments were very spacious. We can compare this property to one we stayed before in Heraklion suburb and the one we stayed after in Heraklion Center. It's the best value. The best. Even parking was not a problem for us, few days we were lucky to park just 30m to building entrance. You won't find luxury here, but everything was clean and practical. And I personally felt bad when we entered another apartment which was more expensive, smaller and it was not as nearly as good as Phos.

You need to wait some time for hot water to start flowing. But it was not a big problem.

Large, very spacious apartment with lovely outside terrace. Lovely, friendly and very reasonably priced restaurant Siga Siga just three minutes walk away. Also just five minutes to good sized supermarket (turn left just after Siga Siga). Museum and sites all within walking distance as is the coast. Would highly recommend this accommodation.

Only slight issue is that there is no parking outside and it is even hard for taxis and cars to stop in the actual road the apartment is on.

We spent one week in Phos apartment and everything was perfect. The apartment is big and clean. The landlord was very kind and always available for every need we had. It was a perfect stay. Absolutely recommanded

The apartment was quiet spacious, clean and super central, yet very quiet. Nice terrace and very well equipped with everything we needed. The host was very helpful and responded fast. I would totally recommend this place.
