Very comfortable apartment with everything we needed. We parked the car in the lot right in front of the building and uber/bolt to the old town. Comfortable and convenient. The host sent us the self check-in instructions 15 mins before we arrived (keys were in a locked box). Recommended.

Everything was great

1. large sized apartment with secure entrance. 2. Includes all amnities including a microwave. 3. very clean and safe apartment 4. full bathroom. 5. Available parking - FREE SPOT Will stay here again if we returnd to Split!

No host on site. At times it was hard to get information especially at arrival. Host stayed remote and it was a texting relationship. Host could be more clear on the arrival info including access. It was a warm day and we had to wait for instructions. Building entrance is unclean and gives a poor impression. Host needs to be in better control and be more communicative. Rest is great!!

The distance from the old city is only 15 minutes walk which is really convenient

The location listed on the site is inaccurate — if you follow the directions from Booking.com, you'll end up nearly 1 km away from the actual property. The apartment is situated in a setting that resembles social housing or council flats. The furnishings are very basic, and while the photos on Booking.com look appealing, they may have been taken with a high-quality camera or creatively staged. That said, the affordable rent does make some of these shortcomings understandable. However, the noise levels at night were quite disruptive. On one night, it sounded like someone was playing squash against the outer wall around midnight, with sharp, repetitive thuds every few seconds. Then, at around 5 am, there were loud noises from the upstairs unit — possibly someone dropping heavy objects or working out with weights. Overall, it was a rather odd and noisy two-night stay
