Clean - all the amenities readily available. Host thought of everything from laundry soap, spare towels, all the cleaning supplies for doing dishes and cleaning the apartment. Awesome location. Very helpful timely responses from the host - made everything go smoothly.

The shower soap/shampoo seemed really thin. I went out and bought my own to use.

Very clean if fact spotless. I recommend this apartment.

The location was brilliant, close to everything with a full range of eating options, 5 min walk to the old town and water front, 15 min walk to the ferries out to the islands. Really appreciated that washing powder was provided for the washing machine. Aircon ensured we were comfortable in the heat. Instructions and video provided on how to get to the unit were very helpful, made finding the unit super easy. We highly recommend this host and accomodation.

The unit is on the third floor and there is no lift, however, the location more than makes up for this, given we are both 60+ we managed this fine and would stay here again.

The host responded very quickly to every question we had. The location of the house was very good. We liked the cleanliness and comfort of the house.

The hot water in the water heater runs out very quickly. We stayed as 4 people. That's why hot water wasn't enough for all of us to wash. After 2 people take a shower, the third person has to wait for the water to heat up. The air conditioner of the entrance room is faulty and must be repaired or replaced.
