Holiday House Ivan

Ivan was so helpful answering questions and arranging for a little earlier arrival. Spacious and quiet apt. The village near the Zadar airport had a cafe and market and we enjoyed walking thru olive groves and the neighborhood.

Very comfortable place to stay near the airport. The apartment itself is very spaciuous, comfortable, new renovated. The host is very helpful, excelent communication.

Great localisation, near the airport. Comfortable apartment, perfect equipment. Very clean. Nice owner. I would recommend .

Only reason i have chosen this was for proximity to the airport and confirmation that we will have transfer at 3.45 in the morning. Even if i was asked for 2 trips to airport 40 euro no one came at 3.45 no one answered the phone and ironically since you are too close to the airport nu uber or taxi would vome, all of them cancelled . We almost missed the flight.

this was a good place to stay the night before our flight. two bedrooms without air-conditioning, there is air-conditioning in the living room. It’s in a small village, the mother of Ivan lives below. Our kids joked that it felt like a ‘safe house’, they watch too many movies about secret operations :-) It’s a five minute car drive to the airport. Ivan organised a taxi for us, for €20. This is a lot for the short distance, But it is good to know that the Taxi will actually show up early in the morning for your flight.

Air conditioning in the bedrooms would be great

Very nice apartment conveniently situated for the airport, very clean and presentable with good facilities. Communication with host was excellent, offered flexibility as our flight was late. Would recommend.

Views were not the best but as an overnight airport stop it worked perfectly.
