Apartments Jezera Lovišća

It was renewed, so like it is is OK, but its not on high level

We really like this place for location and it’s very quiet surrounded by nature, it also offers a lot of things to do…

The location was like a resort. Onsite supermarket and restaurant were convenient as we didn't have a car. Also a beach was nearby and it had lovely views of Tisno.

Little communication when arriving at reception apart from check out and check in times and city tax payment. One of the apartments had cobwebs and a back door that would not lock which was unsafe. Was hard to tell if there was any security presence/ surveillance onsite which was concerning. Both apartments we booked had water issues - one minute the hot water would be scalding and then it would be tepid and barely lukewarm. No information given about rubbish collection/removal and we were there for 5 days, and not enough rubbish bags were provided to dispose of it which left our apartments smelling in 30 degree heat. No cleaning supplies were provided, not even dish washing liquid or a sponge. Also one of their apartments provided a mould covered kettle. The door beading in one of the apartments completely fell off at one point, we assume the adhesive wasn't strong enough for the heat which was unsafe. The TV was temperamental - sometimes it had signal, other times nothing. The Wifi charge (even though we paid for nearly a week of accommodation) is a joke.
