This was our second stay in this location. We were warmly welcomed by our hostess, with some welcome drinks and a helpful manner. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean and neat. The heated towel bars in the bathroom and good radiators keep the apartment warm and cozy. Our stay was quiet and restful. We will return the next time we visit Plitvice.

These hosts care about their property and the guests. There were some very minor issues with a squeaky bathroom door and a handle that needed maintenance. We explained to the hostess as we were leaving and I’m sure she will take care of it promptly.

2 big bedrooms and good size lounge which we used as a 3rd bedroom. Kitchen was well equiped to cook your own meals. Dining area and table good size for 6 people. Very spaciouse outside under cover area with large table to relax with lovely views over the valley. Close to restaurants, grocery shop and bakery. Central for visiting different place of interest.

One of the showers was slightly complicated to use as had massage features. Would of liked a clothes drying rack to air dry towels and damp clothing outside, host was happy to provide one when I asked if there was one available.

Sehr gemütliches Apartment, gut ausgestattet, nicht weit zum Parkeingang und wir konnten das Elektroauto laden (220V Steckdose). Die Leute sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Very helpful welcome. Super practical and comfortable apartment, suitable for long term stays. Extremely clean. Less than 15 minutes from Plitvice entrance. Highly recommended.

We hebben genoten van ons verblijf in Apartman Viktoria. We konden gebruikmaken van de hele bovenverdieping. Hieronder de zaken die ons erg bevielen: • Jelena is fijne host, die snel reageert en altijd wil helpen • Eigen ingang naar appartement • Ruime slaapkamers met fijne bedden • Goed uitgeruste keuken • 2 fijne badkamers • Overal horren voor de ramen • Airco • Prima leefgedeelte binnen • Groot overdekt balkon buiten (je hoort wel de auto's die langsrijden over de drukke weg) • Kwartiertje rijden naar de Plitvice meren

Punt van aandacht is de wasmachine. Deze staat wel op de inventarislijst op booking.com, maar was niet aanwezig. Dat was voor ons overigens geen probleem.

We were met by owner who greeted us with locally made drinks and a smile. Inside the property was everything that we could possibly need. Property was clean and very well presented.
