Loved the location, the apartment and we were really happy with the host who met us there and told us everything we needed to know.

Honestly nothing we both loved it

Location difficult to locate at night. Taxi driver just drop us somewhere and expect us to find our accommodation. Would be good if you could pre warn us and give us some warning.

I have been waiting a week or so to rate this apartment and to compare it to other places during our stay. I had high expectations with the wording "luxury" in the title and the pictures. The best part about the apt is the bedroom, which has antique furniture and is pretty spacious.

But this is definitely NOT a luxury apartment. One realizes this when you make a pasta meal and find there is no colander/sieve to strain the pasta . Or when you set the table and realize there are no napkins or paper towels anywhere and get to use toilet paper instead (despite the pix showing clothes napkins,I believe). Or go to turn off the TV after first use and it won't turn off because the battery is weak (not a big issue, but was typical of the lack of attention to detail in the apt). The bed appears to be a double or queen in the pictures, but is in reality two single beds pushed together with a long slender pillow-like device between the two mattress. Not luxurious or romantic, if that is your intention as a couple. Finally, the building next door is under construction as of May 2023, so there are occasional construction sounds. Eventually, of course, that will end.

We like the place, the size is good, the location is central and right next to the old city center. Many restaurants are on walking distance. The place is clean, very well kept and the hosts are funny and helpful. We like the decoration, it's tasteful and well renovated. The shower is excellent. Nothing to complain.

We have very little to complain during our stay and we love to stay here again.

As we were arriving into Split Airport late at night we arranged a private transfer through the accommodation provider. I would recommend this as the driver called the owner when we were on our way and he met us to show us to out apartment.

Location was quite and walking distance to all the local attractions in Split

No complaints - but there was steps up to the property which might be an issue for some people with impaired mobility.
