Apartman Kaptol

Posizione ottima in fronte alla cattedrale, appartamento pulito arredato con gusto, presente sia il bollitore che la macchinetta per il caffè.

Segnalo che ci sono due piani di scale senza ascensore. Manca la finestra ma c'è una velux sul tetto che si può aprire per il ricambio aria.

It was across from the cathedral and around corner from Dulac Market.

It was like a bad Scavenger Hunt to try and find it. First of all, the property address on Booking.com is wrong and took us to another part of town. When I called owner, he gave us the address as Kaptol 26. We arrived at that address and he had to open the gate and told us to park. There were no available parking spots. We had to wait 30 min. for someone to come and move their car over and we had to squeeze in a tiny spot. Then we had no idea where our room was. A guy from a nearby gallery had to walk us down the street to another location. This is where I had to match up picture of doors with codes to get into 2 different doors and haul our luggage up 2 flights of stairs only to find out that the room door key was down on the street level next to a pipe. Again, another code to open key box and go back 2 stairs to get into room. The owner became increasingly angry over the phone and yelled at me because I couldn't figure out where to get the key. He yelled, 'If you don't like the car parking, go move it and get a hotel room.' I can't imagine this ordeal at night when no one is around and walking to the sketchy building where the room is located. The picture below is the entrance to the apartment. We had no address or directions from the parking area...the owner only sent us pictures of doors and building to try and find it.

We appreciate the time flexibility when our flight got delayed and a late night arrival, had a online check in for flexibility, Great location and a clean property. Had espresso machine in house.

The apartment was very clean, and very updated! Communication was great nice extras like the tea bags, etc. the bathroom was large! My very tall husband and son appreciated this especially.

Sehr gute Lage! Sehr sauberes helles Dachstudio, scheinbar frisch renoviert.

Mit dem Auto schlecht zu erreichen, aufgrund der Parkplatzsituation. Haben 500m weit weg in einem Parkhaus geparkt.

Location was excellent and beds were very comfortable.

It’s not a proper two bedroom apartment- at least not how we see it. There is one bedroom but the second double bed is part of the open plan lounge and kitchen. There is very limited space in the bedroom to put personal items.
