Perfect location and apartment. Very modern and fully equipped. Beautiful balcony to relax on. The old town of Zadar is about a 15 minute walk from here. Easy check in and check out.

Apartman je doslovno savršen – moderan, izuzetno uredan i besprijekorno čist. Sve je lijepo uređeno s puno pažnje na detalje, što nas je zaista oduševilo. Boravak je bio izuzetno ugodan i osjećali smo se kao kod kuće. Preporučujemo svima koji traže kvalitetan, lijep i moderan smještaj.

Die Wohnung selbst sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Innen machte sie einen gepflegten Eindruck und bot grundsätzlich alles, was man für einen Aufenthalt benötigt.

Wir hatten uns sehr auf unseren Urlaub in Zadar gefreut – umso größer war die Enttäuschung beim ersten Anblick des Apartmentgebäudes. Das Apartment selbst, eine 2-Raum-Wohnung, befindet sich in einem alten und deutlich heruntergekommenen Wohnblock, der einen äußerst abschreckenden ersten Eindruck hinterließ. Der äußere Zustand des Gebäudes war in keinster Weise einladend und hat jegliches Urlaubsfeeling bereits vor Betreten der Wohnung zunichtegemacht. Uns ist durchaus bewusst, dass Standards in anderen Ländern – in diesem Fall Kroatien – von denen in Deutschland abweichen können. Dennoch hatten wir mit einer derart trostlosen Umgebung nicht gerechnet. Jeder Rückweg zur Unterkunft war ein unangenehmes Gefühl, das die gesamte Atmosphäre des Aufenthalts überschattet hat. Positiv hervorzuheben ist jedoch, dass die Wohnung selbst sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet war. Innen machte sie einen gepflegten Eindruck und bot grundsätzlich alles, was man für einen Aufenthalt benötigt. Uns ist es wichtig, mit dieser Bewertung dem Vermieter keinen Schaden zuzufügen – das liegt nicht in unserem Interesse. Dennoch möchten wir zukünftige Mieter ehrlich darüber informieren, was sie hier erwartet. Leider geht aus der Beschreibung im Internet in keiner Weise hervor, in welchem Zustand sich das Gebäude befindet oder wie die Umgebung wirkt. Diese Information halten wir jedoch für wesentlich bei der Entscheidung für eine Ferienunterkunft..

Super lækker og rummelig lejlighed. Rigtig fint renoveret, hvor alting var nyt. Ligger 20-30 minutters gang fra den gamle bydel, men lidt tættere på strand og marina, som vi dog ikke benyttede. Stor og lækker altan med kig til havet. Super veludstyret køkken med diverse småfornødenheder, så som salt, peber, sukker, olie mm. Den store bonus: Espressomaskine. God og hurtig kommunikation med værterne.

Mindre detalje: Sovesofa/slåud-seng i stuen er lidt smal, og begge senge har dobbeltdyner. Udefra ser området noget slidt ud, men selve lejligheden er super.

Het appartement is zoals de plaatjes, werkelijk prachtig en modern, groot appartement, alles is aanwezig en nog nieuw.

De plek van dit prachtige appartement. Het appartement is in een oud grijs betonnen style complex gelegen. Flatgebouw zelf is oud en de omgeving is dat je denkt bij aankomst waar ben ik beland? Huisvuil buiten, soms de stank van alles en dorre omgeving heel jammer. Als je hier doorheen kunt kijken? Veel toerisme in Zadar in opkomst dus ze moeten wat gaan doen aan de infrastructuur en al het overige.

This apartment is stunning. So comfortable and so nicely done out. The furniture and decor is lovely, very stylish. The kitchen is very well equipped. The balcony area is great. The aircon is good and more importantly, easy to operate! Beds are comfortable, including the pull down in the lounge. Our son slept very well on it. The location is fab for exploring Zadar. Not too far from the boat men who take you over to the old town, or the bridge is an easy walk. Zadar is lovely. We hope to return and would definitely stay in this apartment again.

The only tiny thing I would mention is that more pillows would have been good.

The apartment is beautifully furnished - comfortable and modern. Everything you could possibly need is catered for and you can tell a lot of thought has gone into it.

I could not pick a single fault with the apartment.

We LOVED the place. So stylish and comfortable with plenty of facilities for us to cook or do our washing. Really nice walk into the old town and lovely view.

We arrived at night so was a little harder to find the door and enter the code at the front door. Would be totally fine in the daylight.

the property was finished to the highest standard. The balcony area was a huge bonus.
