Well equipped and well set out, good air-conditioning, clean

The room is right next to the elevator and you can hear it’s noise in the morning

The apartment looks exactly as advertised. The TV had an HDMI port, which I used to connect my switch. The fridge and freezer worked well, and the piping was great (could have the dishwasher, washing machine, and shower all on at the same time on hot). Lots of toilet paper and cleaning supplies. The location is excellent, and the self check in and check out process was extremely easy.

There was a slight sewage smell coming from the drains that you could smell in the whole apartment. The room is right next to the top of the elevator shaft, and you can very, very clearly hear it when trying to sleep. I recommend being an early riser if you stay here. The floors were extremely dirty when I checked in, and I had to clean them twice just to be able to walk around without my socks being dirty.

Communication with the owner and self check-in. The apartment had shampoo, shower gel, and liquid soap available. A nice spot to work in front of the window, but no power outlet nearby.

The most uncomfortable bed ever.
