Apartment Vuko

This apartment is a gem and our host was absolutely brilliant. He was waiting to meet us when we arrived via taxi and carried our luggage up then explained things to us and had a book with recommendations and information about the apartment and the town. The apartment is HUGE, great kitchen and dining area, lounge big enough for a family to relax in. The 2 bedrooms are a great size with one having a balcony and it was really clean and bright. The bathroom was big enough and the washing machine came in handy. The apartment is right near the Old Town and close to all the sights you want to see in Split. Upon departure it was raining and our host drove us all to the bus station which was really appreciated. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again.

My only negative is that it was the middle of summer and the air con unit is in the living / dining room area, so it didn't really push the cool air through to the bedrooms. We were fine as we had the windows open however if you are someone who needs a really cool room to sleep you might want to bring a fan (or ask the host if he can provide one - he was extremely accommodating so it may not be an issue).

A wonderful stay with friends! Great apartment, clean, well-equipped, large and comfortable, nothing was missing. Perfect location, next to the old town. Everything was close. Close to the promenade. The host was very nice and helpful. I highly recommend this place. We'll be happy to go back there!

Owner communication beforehand and when we arrived was excellent; helped us navigate and great suggestion for octopus risotto!

Not a thing

The apartment is better than the pictures. It’s spacious, clean & modern. Very close to everything. I would definitely stay there again. The host is very helpful.

Light, clean, quiet, comfortable and well-equipped and in an excellent location near the Golden Gate and supermarkets, the fruit market and restaurants. Vjeko could not have been more welcoming or helpful. I would definitely stay there again.
