Studio apartment Fazana

Die Lage war top, netter Gastgeber. Es war ruhig und in die Stadt oder zum Strand hatte man es fußläufig nicht weit. Ausstattung war in Ordnung, es war alles da was man so braucht als alleinreisender. Klimaanlage, Fernseher, Kaffeemaschine, Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher, Terassemöbel und man konnte dem Garten mit benutzen

Die Matratze vom Bett war für meinen Geschmack etwas zu hart und man konnte teilweise die Federn spüren

Abbiamo trascorso una bellissima vacanza in questo appartamento. La posizione è ottima, a due passi dalla spiaggia e a soli 10 minuti a piedi dal centro di Fažana. I proprietari sono gentilissimi e sempre disponibili, davvero ospitali. L’appartamento è dotato di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole e dispone anche di un parcheggio comodo vicino alla struttura. La zona è perfetta per chi cerca relax ma anche per chi vuole esplorare: ci sono molte spiagge rinomate nei dintorni e il parco naturale di Kamenjak si raggiunge in circa 40 minuti. Consiglio assolutamente questo appartamento a chi vuole passare una vacanza rilassante e piacevole a Fažana! 🌊☀️

Il monolocale è confortevole, con un piccolo terrazzino con accesso dal giardino, dove vivono un cane amichevole e una tartaruga. È dotato dell'essenziale (qualche accessorio in più non guasterebbe), sufficientemente pulito, il letto è comodo. Parcheggio in strada, accanto alla casa. La posizione è ottima, a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro e dalla spiaggia. Lauro e suo padre sono stati molto gentili. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Ci tornerei!

Qualche dotazione in più (es. accessori cucina, phon, stenditoio) lo renderebbero perfetto, ma anche così va benissimo!

Świetna lokalizacja, nieco na uboczu a zarówno do plaży jak i centrum bardzo blisko. Do dyspozycji zadbany ogród. Klimatyzowany pokój dawał wytchnienie podczas upałów. Miły gospodarz przywitał nas po przyjeździe, przekazał klucze i wszystko objaśnił.

Great place - quiet, our room was from garden where kiwi and limo trees welcome us ;) Then comes "Cuna" one of most friendly dog, shes lovely, in 3s our "Fox" make friends with her. Room was clean and had everything to spend great time without any worries. Sea is close, you got 2 ways: 1 closer through the forest (where you can go with dog for a walk) and 2nd little longer but straight to city with harbor. Owners are great and nice, whatever you need just ask them :)

Since the very beginning of the stay Lauro and his father were helpful and generous, they recommended us restaurants and gave us fruit from the garden, we arrived early and they immediately showed us the property, we suggest to ask them for tips on excursions and what to do while in Fazana. We never had issues communicating in English or Italian. The house is the perfect size for two people and an animal, they have an amazing dog and cat that are friendly and don’t cause any issues to other animals (we have a cat and was never bothered). The beach / town center are in a walking distance, around 10 minutes. We hope to see them again next year!
