The location was great

Could have cleaned up a little bit at least by the immediate entrance door , weed too long that it was on our feet to step inside. Definitely the stairway and the smell really made us wanted to turn away. On the other hand , the host was great ,super nice and easy to talk to but no courtesy whatsoever in helping hands, especially I made sure he knew before I booked and before check iin; he assured us that he can help. Overall it's ok stay.

Karlo at Reception is super responsive, nice and helpful. The apartment is spacious and well-located in the old city, easy walking distance to all the sights. The kitchen is stocked with condiments like salt, pepper, oil.

The apartment is in a common building where the common area downstairs and the stairway don’t look clean and have recycling stored in an open shopping cart.

Great location, Karlo was very helpful and assisted us with parking and check in. value for money.

Fantastic location, close to everything Old Town Zadar! Good to have two separate bedrooms and living spaces when travelling with a group.

Communal areas such as the stairwell could be in better condition.

Loved the location, the welcome by Karlo with a charming personality, the decor of the rooms.

The free breakfast was a little thin, one day there were no croissants and the breakfast service was ok but not exceptional. Two bedside lamps were missing bulbs or did not function which is an amenity one would expect for the price.

Karlo, was responsive in communication, helpful, and incredibly informative. We were driving along the coast and when we arrived in the parking lot Karlo was there to greet us. Karlo was warm, friendly, and overall, a wonderful host. He offered recommendations and more information than we could use in our short stay. Our apartment was clean and had everything we needed to be comfortable.

Karlo was extremely friendly and helpful. He is a wonderful host. The apartment is in a great location that made it easy to walk anywhere in old town quickly. The room was clean and comfortable. We can't wait to go back.
