July Apartment

very nice boat trip

The property was well equipped and very clean, location was great in the old town. Ivan was a great communicator and very helpful.

Not so much the property but more the early rising because of the church bells from 07:00!

Location excellent

Great location, easy to walk to most things from the apartment including the Sea Organ and boat trips. Nice and clean apartment, plenty of space for the three of us.

No AC in the bedrooms, nights were quite warm but did have a unit in the kitchen area which was welcome.

The apartment is in a great location with good facilities. Everything was clean and the property felt secure. Contact with the booking agent Ivan was excellent. Very quick to respond and gave clear instructions on how to access the apartment. Having a drying rack on the balcony was great as we were in the sea often so we could dry swimwear and towels quickly.

The only issue I had was the lack of air conditioning. There was an AC unit but only in the kitchen. No fans were provided. So on the hotter evenings it was uncomfortable to sleep. The shower door was also broken.

Lovely apartment. Really clean & beds were nice & comfy. Shower was also good. 👍 The apartment was also in a great location with everything close by and easy to find. The owner let us use the apartment to store our luggage for the afternoon which was much appreciated. Great communication from the owner throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend staying at this apartment. 🙂👌

The only problem we had was a few noisy seagulls/geese in the early hours. ( just had to close windows during the night but no problem because wasnt too hot ) The 🔔's were also a little loud in the morning but this was also kind of nice as part of staying in the old town. They came in handy for our early starts! 🙂 The apartment could've also done with a toaster. Apart from those small little things the apartment was great.

The apartment was clean and spacious. The beds where comfortable. The decor was fresh and neutral. Close to all the local amenities and sights.

Took us a little while to find the apartment. But it was late and dark when we arrived. Shower goes cold after a while.

It was very noisy. People seemed to be arguing, yelling and screaming at each other at regular intervals. Not the hosts fault. But it reverberated around. Even in mid afternoon

The location, in the heart of the old town. The contact with the owner, for the arrival, during the stay (helped us with all our questions). The balcony, to hang wet towels or clothes. The tourist information in the drawer.

The shower head was loose, we asked for a screw driver and the owner brought one, so we could fix it for now. He told that it would be fixed after the season was over. Also the tap in the sink was loose, this will also be fixed later. The bells from the bell tower were really early and loud...
