Slightly short of headroom in places! Leaky shower. Would have liked cleaning cloths to help keep kitchen and surfaces clean

Location was excellent - there was no breakfast

The sofa bed ( which was was extremely heavy and we weren’t able to open it out because it would not extend beyond the beams - we had to sleep on the cushions on the floor. The arm on the sofa was wobbly so couldn’t sit on that either There weren’t enough seats for 4 ppl on the sofa because of its location in the sloping eaves & there was no armchair ( per picture) so we had to sit on dining chairs The stairwell lights were inadequate at night - they only went on halfway up the stairs and it was pitch black The locks on the main door and flat door were temperamental

The location of the apartment is really spot on! It's close to Riva and the Oldtown, SPAR also nearby. We had an amazing host, a lady called Jelena/Elena (if I recall her name correctly) who came up late at night to see us (the flight was delayed and closer to the midnight), gave us the keys and a map of a city and advised on where to go for food, groceries etc.. Appreciate it a lot! The apartment is spacious and comfortable, comfy beds, airconditioned - main feature I think, on a hot June day.... The entrance to the building is safe (front doors locked with the key).

Ironically also the location ;-) Due to its location it can be loud in the night. Technically the pubs should close around midnight but in reality, it's still loud around 1-1.30 am. Ah there's an Irish pub next door :-) again could be a positive or a negative ;-) I have to mention that the week we stayed was rather eventful with EURO 2024 matches every night. This could be a reason for the late nights. Also, there are 65 steps to the apartment so it's rather high up without a lift (to carry your luggage etc). However, the pluses really overshadow any minuses. I recommend the apartment!

Spotlessly clean. Very well appointed with plenty of clean towels, linen, bathroom products. Great kitchen with all you need. Very modern, spacious and thoughtfully presented apartment.

Unfortunately located above a bar which meant there was a lot of noise well into the early hours of the morning. This is not the property’s fault. More part of the broader Split experience. Different to the Split we enjoyed 10 years ago. The air conditioning was not working properly and normally this would not be a problem, except, because of the outside noise we could not leave the windows open at night for airflow. Bed mattresses poor quality also.
