Villa Barmel

1. Lokalizacja - poł godziny spacerem do Centrum Pula bardzo przyjemnie. 2. Apartament z dwiema łazienkami - ekstra.

Wir hatten das Apartment im Erdgeschoss. Das Apartment ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht, Töpfe, Pfannen Geschirr(Tassen und Wein Gläser ;) alles man braucht war da. Es gibt zwei Badezimmer eins ensuite. Beide geräumig und mit WC und Dusche ausgestattet. Für uns perfekt, so kam es zu keinen Warteschlangen. Alle Zimmer sind mit einer Klima und Fernseher ausgestattet , die Netflix tauglich sind. Nicht das man bei dem Sonnenschein. Fernsehen gucken sollte aber für die teenies war es schon nett :) Mega gut. Alles sauber stilvoll eingerichtet. Wir waren 8 Tage vor Ort und es war sogar doppelter Satz an Handtüchern vorhanden. Parkplatz ist auf dem Hof in unserem Fall neben der Terrasse auch perfekt zum Reintragen von Gepäck und Einkäufen. Beim einchecken wartet gekühltes Wasser auf uns im Kühlschrank und es gab was süßes. Wir haben sogar einen zweiten Schlüssel bekommen was auch sehr praktisch ist. Waschmaschine kann man auch nutzen sowie Bügelbrett und Bügeleisen, beides steht im Hausflur und war immer gut nutzbar. Beide Badezimmer hatten auch keinen eigenen Fön, auch das ist selten, sonst gibt’s nur einen :)) 👍🏻 Wir hatten Kontakt mit Ana, die super nett war und uns vorab alles per WhatsApp geschrieben hat und dann nochmal vor Ort war. Die Lage ist sehr gut 10 min zur Fuß zur Mal wo man alles bekommt in der Nähe sogar eine Mega gute Bar mit Burgern und Rippchen fussläufig . In die Altstadt und zum Hafen sind es 20 min zu Fuß. Kann man gut machen es gibt nur eine kurze steile Strecke:) der Rest ist wirklich gut machbar :) das geht schlimmer:) dann ist aber an der Arena und in der Altstadt.

Nichts alles super :) Mir persönlich haben Becher gefehlt, für den Tee morgens, aber das ging auch prima in der Tasse :)) und das man nur eine Filtermaschine für den Kaffee hat :)) aber das ist hier meckern auf sehr sehr hohem Niveau:)

The villa is located in a relatively inhospitable environment - between crumbling buildings and the construction of new residential buildings. The journey to the city center takes less than 15 minutes and there is no need to use a car. However, the road leads past dilapidated buildings, a garbage dump and closed shops, which makes it depressing. It is not very well lit at night and we did not feel safe on it Access to the beach was only possible by car, as it was more than 4 km along a busy road. There was a problem with parking to the beach, so it took us a long time to park our car safely. Our apartment was located on the ground floor, and instead of a terrace/or balcony, we only had garden furniture placed in the open parking lot, where we also dried our clothes on the dryer. This parking space was accessible to all guests from the villa, so we had no privacy here The bathrooms do not have good ventilation and we smell the sewage here, which spread throughout the apartment

As hosts, they went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. From the moment we arrived, they greeted us with genuine smiles and made us feel at home.Dog friendly family. Their willingness to share valuable information about the best beaches and local gems was truly invaluable. Thanks to their guidance, we were able to explore lots of things about Istria and enjoy our stay at Pula. Thanx for the olive oil, some of the very best in the world.

Appartment was clean and location is very good if you have a car and like to travel around. The supermarket and mall are very close, few mins by walk. The rooms are very big. We were with 2 persons but we had 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Kitchen was complete, no comment on that. The owner was nice, we wanted to check out earlier than mentoined (check out 8-10am). He made it possible for us. We would reccomend this appartment!
