Location and nice interior character

Everything was great, the apartment is comfortable and in a good location, with all the facilities (including, impressively, even a washer/dryer, an easy to use and reliable dishwasher, and modern flooring and tiling). We especially liked that we were provided with a generous supply of toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, shampoo and towels, and unlike in most apartments never needed to ask for more or replace anything. The owners, while corporate with many apartments under their management, were friendly and cooperative. The location is fantastic and extremely central and walkable.

The courtyard between the apartment door and the building door is very dark at night and could benefit from an automatic light with a sensor, an easy thing to install despite our obnoxious building management codes.

Location is the main reason one should book this place. We never used taxis, both upper and lower parts of Zagreb as well as main visited sites are accessible on foot. We enjoyed the comfort of apartment and definitely would recommend to stay here. Hosts were very accommodating by being always available to respond to questions, booking taxi for airport for us, attending immediately when we forgot the key inside the apartment.
