Umag center seafront seaview old town apartment 1

Apartment was amazing, very clean, we loved the soft white sheets and strong climatization. Great location close to the tip of Umag peninsula. Water view from the balcony and every window. Even from the bed as the bedrom has one completly glass wall (with total dark shades so we could sleep late). Free parking is right in front of the apartment. Very walkable, beach, restaurants, bars, central market within 100 meters. The host was really kind with good tips for swimming and restaurants near. Higly recommend.

The view is amazing, from the bed, from the kitchen, from the terrace all you see is sea. Apartment is on the coast, new, clean and we were able to check-in during the night with key safe. We came really late, everything was prepared for us and AC climatization was on so we could relax after a long trip. City beach is just behind the church, one minute walk. Will definitelly return. I recommend this place.

Beautiful apartment with an even more beautiful sea view. Very clean and cozy and we loved the seafront terrace. Location right by the Umag city beach. Host was very responsive even though we came late and even gave us good tips for restaurants nearby. Everything is close, we parked right there by the sea free of charge. Would definitely stay again.

Seaview

Good value new apartment with beautiful sea views and best location in the center of Umag old town. Super clean, we loved the rooftoo terrace in the first row by the sea with sun loungers. There is also a table with open sea views where we had breakfast while listening to the sea waves. The kitchen is well equipped and the spacious bedroom also has a lap top table, perfect if you have to do some work. The hosts were welcoming and gave us really good tips for restaurants and daytrips. Restaurants, caffes, the beach and everything there is to see and do in Umag is within walking distance, we recommend this place and will definitely return.

Die Wohnung war erstklassig – neu, sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was wir brauchten. Die Lage ist unschlagbar. Direkt am Meer im Altstadtkern, aber nur eine Ecke vom Hauptplatz entfernt, sodass es trotzdem ruhig ist. Näher an allem in Umag könnte man wohl kaum sein. Wir haben die großzügige Terrasse mit den Sonnenliegen und dem Tisch geliebt, so konnten wir direkt am Meer frühstücken. Das Personal war auch sehr freundlich und hat uns sogar einen frühen Check-in ermöglicht, sodass wir schon um 13:00 Uhr einziehen konnten. Ich kann diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall empfehlen und werde gerne wiederkommen.

Die Lage des Hauses, abgesehen davon das es sehr sanierungsbedürftig ist, ist in Ordnung. Auch der Ausblick vom Appartement ist schön.

Das Appartements befindet sich im dritten und letzten Stock - ohne Lift - eines sehr sanierungsbedürftigen Hauses (abbröckelnder Putz, Wasserschäden, desolate Fenster etc.) aus den 70iger - 80iger Jahren! Ältere Leute oder Familien mit Kindern sollten sich dessen bewusst sein! Im Erdgeschoß war einmal die Raiffeisenbank drinnen, die mittlerweile woanders hin übersiedelt ist, direkt daneben gleich ein Wettcafe. Beim öffnen der Eingangstür vielen uns sofort die kaputten Türstöcke auf (siehe Foto). Die "Panoramafenster" rosten außen vor sich hin (siehe Fotos). Man schaut durch die Fenster auf freiliegende Stromleitungen, abbröckelnde Fassaden und verwahrloste Balkone im ersten Stock (siehe Foto). Einen Balkon sowie einen Toaster gab es nicht, die kleine Dusche sowie die Halterung der Brause im Bad ist ein Witz (nicht schwenkbar). Der Gratisparkplatz ist über einen Kilometer von der Unterkunft entfernt. Fazit: Umag ist sehr romantisch, nur die Unterkunft passt leider überhaupt nicht! Das desolate Haus und die Mängel im Appartement passen gar nicht. Wenn wir das vorher gewusst hätten, hätten wir diese Unterkunft NIE gebucht! Der Eindruck der im Inserat erweckt wird, stimmt unserer Meinung leider überhaupt nicht mit der Wirklichkeit überein!
