First of all it's very clean, the bed was comfortable and it's a quiet building and neighborhood so you can have a good night rest. The host left a bottle of water and some fruits for me which was very lovely. Also they made sure you have everything you need, even a toothbrush in case you forget yours.

Calm location, clean rooms, comfortable setting, reliable wifi. Let me notice easy free parking as well. City center is on walking 15 minutes distance.

One small thing - I would recommend providing an iron and ironing board. But let me clarify that I did not search hard and it is possible that there was.
