The owner was a super nice, responsive guy. Gave us good tips where to find a nice beach, did his best to help in any way.

The location, its right next to a building site. The building itself is sort of residential. We chose an apartment with garden because we have an active child, signs of not stepping on grass were all over the property. The garden is comunal for all residents. This apartment was not the best choice for us. But apartment itself was great!
