Host met us at the property and showed us the property upon arrival.

We were extremely disappointed as there was no jacuzzi available. When asking why, the host said we were not paying enough for the use of it and that it was off season. This information was not in the booking descriptions and the host immediately went to add this stating the jacuzzi was unavailable from the day we arrived. Also, we found the toilet extremely dirty and brown at the bottom, small appliances were not working, although the when informing the host, they went to buy a new toaster. There was no microwave but we did have a stove and over. The car park was in a field/garden, e had to move the car twice as there were works and gardening happening. Description said there were two bathrooms and we had only one. Out bedroom desk, had a drawer with rubbish from previous people, with receipts from supermarkets from 3 months before. The barbecue place was in a closed area with a table full of personal things from the hosts, this was so bad we didn’t even use it. There was no pool, no spa, we believe the description on the add is from another property, although some of the pictures are accurate. All in all, the host was apologetic and offered us one more night stay but this was not ideal for us as we had already booked other property for the following days. We will not recommend this property to anyone either return, hosts need to understand that description, cleanliness and comfort are things we all need.

Good location. Great place!

Nice appartement with fantastic terrasse, a short walk from the center of Sutivan. Very friendly staff. There is a grocery shop across the street. AC and wifi were working fine, also on the terrasse.
