Luxury Apartment Valentina

We LOVED Ani’s place! The apartment was spacious and very modern in an old historic building. Beautiful harbor view with patio to enjoy. Ani greeted us on arrive and welcomed us in. The kitchen was perfect and the washing machine was a huge bonus! Really comfortable bed and linens. Everything was thought of for a relaxing and comfortable stay! Good restaurants and markets all around. Easy walk to harbor and old town and the BEACH is around the corner, while it is so peaceful at Ani’s.

The location was fabulous. Fantastic view of Split downtown but far enough removed that we had plenty of quiet. Perfect for two people. The apartment was large, cool, and beautiful. We kept saying we wanted to take the apartment with us when we went on our next leg of the trip. Ani was also extremely friendly and helpful with suggestions of beaches to go to and was nice enough to stay up late to hand off her keys when we came in on a late flight. Would definitely come back!

Fabulous, stylish apartment. Wonderful balcony with a view of Split harbour and sunsets. Modern, clean and very nicely decorated. The bed was very comfortable, and it was great having a washing machine and dishwasher. The sofa was a great place to relax. One minute to the beach, 10mins to old town. Close to supermarket. Helpful, friendly and accommodating host.

Ani is an AMAZING host! The property is in a fabulous location with views of the old town harbor and sunsets. The place has been totally renovated and has everything you need to be totally comfortable. There is even English TV! We did not want to leave! We could easily live there!

Beautiful spot overlooking the harbour. Close to the old town but out of the tourist hustle and bustle.

Stairwell a bit far, but clean and well maintained

Ani was a gracious and helpful host. Her apartment was as beautiful as the pictures show. We did much needed laundry as she has a washer in unit. Location can't be beat. 10 min walk to old Split, 2 minutes to Bavice beach. Food recommendations to Soul was spot on. Loved our visit which was unfortunately too short.
