The property is clean and contemporary, the balcony is nice.

The owner of this property is extremely rude. I would avoid this apartment.

The view and how close it was to everything.

Having access to a washing machine and a place to dry clothes was very nice. Also the staff helped us with storing luggage prior to leaving late afternoon.

Beautiful apartment, great location and very friendly.

It would have been nice if basic toiletries would have been available and coffee/tee!

Amazing apartment. Really nice and friendly staff! Very close to the beach and also a short walk from the old town. 10 out of 10 for sure!

The apartment has all facilities you could expect to feel comfortable like at home. Two big TV screens, good Wifi, dishwasher, and washing machine. You can reach the beach within a 5 min walk and Split old town within 15 min walk.

The apartment is on the second floor without an elevator and the corridor is not as well maintained as the apartment interior.

The inside of the apartment was very comfortable, clean and nicely decorated. The beds were comfortable. The unit had a washing machine along with detergent, clothes line & clips. Our host met us at the apartment and helped us with all our needs & questions. We were 15 minutes walk to the old city which has lots of restaurants and things to see. The apartment is 6 minutes from bus station and ferry.

The outside of the building did not have curb appeal.

Great apartment and super convenient location. Kitchen & bathroom has everything you need. Bedroom was comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

Checking in late (we arrived after midnight) can be a bit tricky but that's mostly on us. Not a major issue with apartment.
