Neubau: alles macht einen modernen, neuen Eindruck / Ausstattung: alles vorhanden für Küche und Bad / Blick: noch unverbauter Blick auf das Meer / Lage: 10 Minuten mit Uber in die Altstadt (Preise zwischen 5 und 10 Euro pro Fahrt) / Kommunikation: einfach und schneller Dialog mit Vermieterin / neue Promenade in 5 Minuten Fußweg mit schöner Infrastruktur

Lage: Neubauviertel mit Bauaktivität (Störungen werden je nach Baufortschritt im Gebiet variieren) plus Lage etwas außerhalb Splits (man braucht i.d.R. eine Beförderung)

Nice apartment with all the facilities needed for a family. Home away home.

Nothing, but unfortunately there was a water pipe burst in the area, that caused water supply stopped for half day. Lot of construction works going in the area.

Apartment is beautiful, well organised and great view of the sea. Beach is 5 mins walk. Antonia is very responsive and a great host.
