Property was beautiful everything you need was inside

We really enjoyed our stay! The house comes with many appliances and is spacious enough. The host was very welcoming and also gave us a little gift. There are plenty of stores around and the city center is really close, it's only a few mintues by bus. My friends and I had a blast!

Some of the coocking stuff was a bit dirty

This property is exceptionally well stocked with more than you require ie plenty of toilet rolls, dishwasher tablets, washing detergent etc. The unit is fitted with quality furnishings and fittings. It may not be the prettiest building from outside so don’t judge a book by its cover here. Location is fantastic with cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, shopping centre literally on your doorstep. It’s an opportunity to shop with the locals and buy at local prices rather than the tourist hot spot prices. The bus stop into Spilt Old town is 2 minutes walk and only 5 minute ride. Local beach is 10 minute walk. Host is very responsive.

Comfort

The apartment was recently flooded...you can still see the mold on the walls and feel bed smell...

Close to the city centre (around 3kms)..also accessible through bus (bus stop is 50m away and Bus number 8 takes you directly to the centre). Big supermarkets could be found nearby for daily shopping.

Very nice and helpful owner. Thanks to his kindness, we were able to leave our luggage in the apartment before check-in and use the bathroom. Kitchen and bathroom well equipped .

Poor cleanliness

Great space, all the essentials covered, and the host was in contact via WhatsApp. We were late checking in and the host was happy to leave key in safe deposit lock. Plenty of facilities near by including a supermarket. Old town was only €5 each way via uber and easily available.
