All was very perfect. Full featured appartment - perfect for family of 4. Super nice and friendly. Best appartment we had so far when we go to Zadar.

This is an excellent property- much bigger and better than the photos. It was beautiful decorated and immaculately clean. Fantastic location if you want a central location in Zadar. A 2 min walk to bottom of the road and you can have a swim on the pier and there is a little cafe bar there too to watch sun go down. A five min walk is the boatman of Zadar who rows you across the narrow channel of water to the old town - again great fun and very handy to avoid the longer walk on a hot day/ evening. We had a great stay and highly recommended this property.

Nice apartment in a good location, very close to beach (small pebble beach, can get quite busy) and only a short walk (20 mins) or boat ride (€1.20 per person each way) to Zadar old town. There is a Lidl close by which is good for food shopping, and a shopping centre called supernova which is definitely worth a visit too. The hosts are lovely and very helpful. The cleaned the apartment and replaced towels etc. after 1first week of stay. The apartment is on the first floor, above the hosts. Apartment has very nice decor in every room, the kitchen is well equipped with everything you should need. Air conditioning in both bedrooms and main living area which works very well, as it was 32-34 degrees.C when we visited 🥵. Beds are comfortable. Apartment was very clean with nice white clean bed sheets and towels. Shower was a good size with very good water pressure. Blinds/shutters on all windows and a balcony which stretches across whole width of apartment. Nice garden surrounding the property. The property has private car parking and is located within a shared courtyard. Courtyard entrance is quite narrow and access by car could be better.

No chest of drawers in the bedroom. Only a wardrobe with internal high shelf.

The location was very good and the apartment was perfectly equipped. Also it was clean. I would recommend this apartment highly.

We were not sure what to expect when we arrived at Apartment Nia as the area we drove through to get there was not what we expected, but from the time we were greeted by our friendly hostess to the time we left we were very impressed with the apartment. It is clean, spacious and very well equipped. Our hostess gave us a great tip to use the local rowsman to get to the Old City and we ended up doing that several times a day.
