CHECK-IN REQUIREMENTS 1.1. Before check-in, all guests must provide a valid ID (photo or scan), as we are legally required to register your stay. 1.2. The tourist tax must be paid immediately after reservation via the provided payment link (credit card only). 1.3. Without completed identification and paid tourist tax, access to the apartment is not permitted. 1.4. In certain cases, this fee may be allocated as a property use tax related to accommodation usage. 2. GENERAL RULES 2.1. A security camera is installed outside the apartment entrance and is used solely to verify the number of persons entering the apartment. 2.2. The apartment may only be used by registered guests. 2.3. For stays longer than 10 days, mandatory cleaning is required every 7 days. The cleaning fee included in the reservation covers only the initial cleaning before check-in. All mandatory cleanings during the stay are additionally charged, equal to the standard cleaning fee, and must be paid by credit card before check-in. 2.4. Any violation of the house rules may result in a €200 penalty per violation, may lead to immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund, and any damages or additional costs will be charged to the credit card used for the reservation. 2.5. Keys must be returned to their original location. 2.6. Guests must allow access to the apartment when necessary (maintenance, inspections, emergencies). 3. CHECK-IN OPTIONS 3.1. "Security deposit not returned"

After 2 months from the trip, security deposit of EUR 100 was not returned to us with numerous back and forth communication and promises, including with Booking customer service, that money has been transfered (with explanation that sometimes money transfer takes 20 to 30 working days to go through?!). We are traveling a lot and this is really the first negative feedback we had to give. Only because of that this was negative experience due to unexpected extra charge for only two nights stay.

"Mixed feelings"

The apartment is very close to the tram lines, supermarkets, and cafes. The size of the apartment is very decent and the kitchen has all the utilities if you want to cook simple meals for a few days. There were many towels left for us which we appreciated since we stayed for a few days.

I was working remotely every day so I need internet for my work. One second or third day of the stay the owner contacted me in the afternoon and told me that an internet guy will come over the next day at the specific time and the internet will be off either for an hour or the whole day till the internet guy comes over. I told him this is a problem for me since I need to work and asked if he can move the appointment for later. He said it cannot be moved. Giving me the information in the afternoon for the next day felt very inconsiderate to me. I had meetings scheduled for most of the day. He proposed that I go to a cafe and some of the company's employees will let the internet guy in and exchange the internet. I do not want to leave strangers going around the apartment while all my things are there so I said I will be there. The internet guy and an employee of the renting company of the apartment came over and quickly started changing the internet router. I had my meeting and the employee of the company received call talking loudly while I was in a meeting. When they finished the new router was plugged in so there was no place to plug the TV again. No TV for us anymore. The accomodation requires a deposit of 100 EUR in advance, and the return process is very complicated - unnecessarily. You need to apply to receive the deposit back (do you get the money if you don't request it?) and put in your bank details, home address and many other details (is this necessary for a refund of the deposit?). Even though I paid the deposit with Revolut over the app I still needed to shar emy IBAN and everything - unnecessarily long and complex process. The money was refunded in a day or two. The beds and the sofa very super hard. Lastly, check in is VERY LATE! You cannot get into the accomodationbefore 4, 5 or in some cases even 6 PM but you pay for this whjole day which feels a bit unfair to me. The check out is at 10 AM, so you basically get half a day instead a whole...
