"Large room in a quiet residential area."

Large, clean room. It's in a quiet residential area. There's nothing of interest to tourists in the area but there is tram stop five-minute walk away. It takes 30 minutes to get to the centre. Good WiFi - 43mbps. There's a local shop 2 minutes walk away and a big Lidl 5 minutes wlk away.

Mosquitos were a problem at night. I had to turn the toilet on and off at the main switch to stop it from continuously running.

Alte Ausstattung laute Nachbarn die auch der Vermieter gehört haben muss da er über den Apartments wohnt

"recht angenehmer Aufenthalt"

Die Größe des Zimmers mit Bett, Küche und Wohnzimmer war sehr angenehm. Zudem war das wohlige Gefühl beim Betreten recht angenehem. Ebenso angenehm war die Tatsache, dass es vom Autoparkplatz zur Einganstür der Wohung quasi nur zwei/drei Meter sind.

Das Badzimmer mit Wascbecken und Dusche ist etwas klein. Zudem ist die separate Toilette etwas ungünstig / umständlich gelegen - aber daran kann man ja nichts ändern.

Uredno,izuzetno prostrano.Parking bukvalno ispred vrata a ima i javni ma 20metara koji se ne placa.Jako mirna ulica. U nekoliko stotina metara pekara,kafici,prodavnica. Malo dalje od centra ali je blizu i gradski prevoz,takodje par stotina metara.Nista ni priblizno nisam dobio kao ponudu za ovaj novac. Kad budem opet dolazio u Zagreb,nemam namjeru da mijenjam.Zaista izuzetno prostran apartman i sve sto vam je potrebno imate.Krevet udoban.

Jedina mala zamjerka ako se tako moze reci ,izjutra se osjeti slabija zvucna izolacija,mada je objekat tik uz ulicu,ali moram reci da je to jako mala ulica koju koriste samo stanari par kuca koji tu zive
