Crni mačak

Location, space, host, comfort, literally everything. Matulji is so good place to go wherever you want - to the beach, only 5 minutes by car, or to Istria , Slovenia and Italy also, or to other places on the Cvarner riviera. We went to the beach in Volosko, the village under Matulji and next to Opatija. The village is beautiful! Our host, Janja is so, so so kind and in the apartment and backyard (which is just for you) you feel like at home.

Our stay at this apartment was truly delightful. The hostess was incredibly nice and welcoming, ensuring a warm start to our visit. The apartment itself was excellent – modern, clean, and well-equipped. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, from the comfortable furnishings to the well-appointed kitchen. The overall experience exceeded our expectations, and we highly recommend this wonderful space.

It was provided all we needed for one night stay. The property has enough room in case of long stay. Small but cozy garden with trampoline, swing and acorns :). It was great for resting after long way for our 3 years old daughter. Very welcoming host.

Great place for a family vacation! Everything inside was clean, they even provided all sorts of nice little things (juice and sweets for kids, local beer for adults). It was so thoughtful that they made the bed on the couch. Even though the apartment is on the ground floor, it was warm in January. There is wi-fi and Netflix, a bunch of board games in the closet. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking and a coffee maker. Couldn't appreciate the patio due to weather, but would have loved to dine there. We only stayed overnight, but you could stay in this cabin for a month!
