Apartment is slightly expensive, but it exceeds the expectations. Location of the apartment is in walking distance to the center. Apartment was very neat, and very well equipped. Quiet neighborhood. Free and payable parking around the block. Communication with the owner was via Viber. Enough toiletries provided. Kitchen well equipped, with sufficient utensils, cups and plates.

When it comes to the type and size of the beds, it’s ideal for 2 adults and 2 kids, rather then 5 (let alone 6) adults.

We had a great stay at Superbia! It is a very nice, spacious, beautifully, practically and tastefully renovated flat, very well equipped and with a good layout. There is ample storage possibility thanks to the smart built-in wardrobes. The bed in the master bedroom is very comfortable. We appreciated the work desks and work chairs, as we needed to work during our stay. WiFi was good. The aircon in the living room worked well. There is no aircon in the bedrooms, and during our stay the weather was very hot, but the host was kind to provide a fan upon request immediately. The keyless, code-based entry system is great, enabling easy and flexible check-in and check-out as well as independent movement of guests. There are great views towards the river from the balcony. The location is really nice, next to the river promenade and very close to the city centre. The communication with the host was good and we appreciated his flexibility with the check-out time. We would gladly return.

What an amazing flat! It's a beautiful, modern and very spacious apartment well equipped for an extremely comfortable stay...we wish we could have stayed longer...it was so lovely. Location was great just a walking distance from Osijek town centre close to all amenities. The flat's building is on the banks of Drava river and we had a nice view from a spacious balcony. The flat was spotless and we were very impressed by the high standard of cleanliness. The host was very professional and provided us with the clear instructions for the apartment. All our queries were answered promptly. We enjoyed our stay so much that we hope would to visit Osijek again and hopefully stay in the same apartment. Thank you for the great stay.
