Amenities are adequate, nothing fancy but sufficient and clean. AC in each room, 1 separate (even if confined) toilet + 1 in the bathroom. Sockets for differrent plug types in the living room. 2 balconies facing opposite directions. Close to grocery. Cafe right downstairs, in morning shade but outdoor seating often occupied. Bus stop close by, straight bus to Borik beach.

Two double-bed bedrooms limit sleeping arrangement options.
