Still have not gotten a refund. I checked in an instantly checked out place is sooo awful an old my room was so old and ran down the smell of mildew is intense. The office it self has water damage in the ceiling the paint is pealing a there was no ac it was soo hot it smelled awful I’m not sure how that’s safe see if for yourself . Take pictures of check in a rooms to post on website to help other ppl please do not stay here it’s not worth it an ive still not got my refund! I only was gonna get half back an I didn’t stay at all. Also the directions take u to the abandoned part of it the parking lot is pot hole city I wish I would give this place a zero the lady at front office said owner is trying to sell an I see why he is place is awful an need to be condemned.

The beauty of Brazoria County

Staff was extremely nice and welcoming! Staff was the best part of my stay. Beautiful large oak trees with hanging Spanish moss all around. Very quiet and peaceful.

Cottage room seemed rather dated back in the 70s era. Mold on bathroom walls, exhaust fan didn't work, ceiling appeared to have prior water damage. Room had some sort of strange, musty odor (possibly from the cleaning chemicals used by staff?) which gave me quite a headache for the duration of my stay. Old A/C unit was rather loud, but kept the room nice and cold. Mini split unit would have been better. Room in need of updating.

Price, comfortable beds and pillows, clean room, recently redone inside, air conditioner worked very well

The roads, some units in obvious need for repair, landscaping not near as pristine as past years.
