It's not okay to demand an extra payment fee of 5€/day for the simple use of the air-conditioning in cold and rainy October. Uttey irresponsible and unfair behaviour. On Booking no such fee was written about!

"Perfect: I took a hot shower, ate a supper and slept well."

This is place for people seeking privacy, you are on your own, there is even a small yard (surrounded by a hedgerow). The adjoining street is quite. Note however that I was there only one night.
