Everything was perfect. Fabulous view from the apartment, fantastic location walking distance from the old town. The apartment is well equipped, beds are comfortable but you'll likely spend all the time outside anyways as nothing can beat those views 😜

Wonderful place with amazing view smartly managed and equipped by very friendly and communicative, English speaking owner. Separate sunbeds and umbrellas assigned for each guest on rocky, beautiful and spacy beach, just in front of the building. No need to bother with reservations : ) Nice and convenient swimming pool in front of the building too. A few small apartments, each with separate entrances, terraces and double unit air conditioners (bedroom and living room). We almost did not feel the presence of other guests. Convenient, sun protected parking space for each guest. Quiet neighbourhood all day and night long. 20 minutes walk or 7 minutes bicycle ride via promenade by the sea to Primosten, where concerts at 9 pm almost every evening take place in high season. Calm bay, perfect for SUP enthusiasts leaving their equipment at night bound to the sea buoy just in front of the building. Very comfirtable, king size bed.

The apartment has a beautiful view of the see and we had a great time staying there. There is a small kitchen with basics to prepare the meals, good bedroom and bathroom and nice pool outside to relax. The apartment is 15 min walking from the center/main beach and the path is really beautiful.

There are a lot of mosquitoes due to the weather and time of the year. The apartment could provide mosquito spray so we could be more comfortable during the night. Another suggestion is to provide basics such as water, coffee and bread for example as we arrived on a Sunday and there was no stores open so we could buy food for the next morning breakfast.

Fantastic place, I can strongly recommend it. Everything was excellent:) Hope to come back here one day!

The sea is just stairs away, calm area, spacious, welcoming host

You can hear the other guests quite easily, the decor is a bit outdated

The view was spectacular and the host was very helpful! The accommodation had a private beach with sun loungers and parasols.

Very friendly host, clean rooms, parking place, excellent location next to the seaside, everybody has their own sunbed and parasol. clean and nice pool with seaview. big terrasse with seaview, primosten is 15 min walk on the promenade

the kitchen equipments are old

This was a lovely apartment in a fantastic location our host Ljubomir was very welcoming & was a great source of local knowledge with regards to restaurants/ supermarkets/ atms. The walk into Primosten around the coast path is very pleasant & takes about 20 minutes it has lights for most of it but you will need a torch/ phone for a small section
