Apartment Stipić

The location was perfect a short walk to the Kolovare Beach and very easy walk into the Old Town. The apartment is set in a quiet location, the host was easy to contact and very helpful. Highly recommend this apartment.

Lovely clean and spacious apartment. Plenty of towels and linen. Very good aircon and shower facilities, hairdryer and washing machine. Area to dry clothes outside the apartment and area felt safe. Plenty of parking if you have a car. Lovely spacious room. Very kind hosts who even left a bottle of cold water, fruit and biscuits in the fridge for my arrival - all greatly appreciated! Perfect location - 5 min walk from the bus station, taxis and beaches. Lovely 15/20 minute walk along the beach front into Zadar Old Town. Numerous cafes and restaurants nearby - had the best Greek salad at the restaurant across the road! Very responsive and obliging host - replied to messages immediately, warmly greeted and was able to leave my luggage for a short while before and after check in. Felt very safe as a solo traveller. I hope to return to Zadar and will definitely stay here again if I do. Zadar is such a beautiful place and 3 days was not long enough.

Mattress and pillows a bit too hard for me, but that is my preference and I wouldn't mark down because of this. I still give 10/10

Very clean apartment within a short distance from the beach. Considering the hot weather it was lovely to find some ice and bottled water in the fridge. Ivanka is lovely and even agreed to keep our luggage after we checked out as our flight was in the evening which allowed us to explore more of Zadar

Location is great, 3 minutes walk from beach, 5 minutes from supermarket and 1 minute from a nice restaurant, 15 minutes walk to city center . Air conditioning in place, Wi-Fi working, coffee machine and cooking appliances to use at our convenience.

Spacey apartment, clean, many facilities even for a longer stay, parking, 2 min from beach, restaurants, bus station and 10-15 min walk from city-centre

We were really happy there. So clean, nice and cosy Apartment! Much better than or photos! Lady owner was so sweet and helpful everytime. Lot of clean towels, cloths, sheets and so on. The fridge is making ice cubes what is so refreshing. Big private part outside with grill!!! I really recomend this place. :-) Thank you

Everything was perfect, the apartment is spacious, wel equipped, very clean and landlady is very kind and helpful. Beach is few minutes walking, very good restaurant almost next door, supermarket and bakery also near.To the old town is it 15-20min walking.This aparment I can highly recommend!
