The property is practically 10 meters from the sea — you just need to cross the road, either directly or through a convenient and quick underpass. The owner is extremely helpful; all our requests were promptly addressed. He also kindly offered to carry our luggage up to the third floor, as there is no elevator. It’s also possible to have a meal or enjoy a coffee or drink at their snack bar. They serve excellent sandwiches, freshly prepared by them.

There are no negative remarks; the only suggestion would be to welcome guests with at least a bottle of water in the fridge.
