Apartments Lisinski - FREE parking

Appartement design, super bien décoré, confortable, très spacieux, bien placé (on a visité la ville à pied), avec une TV super grand écran et surtout disposant des chaînes dans toutes les langues, un parking privé et gratuit juste en face. Petite rue très calme, le top !

Un mini bar à la place d'un vrai réfrigérateur, dommage pour remettre les briques de glace à congeler..

Our stay was completely ruined by the unacceptable behavior of the hosts. Due to a technical issue on the Booking website, we didn't receive check-in instructions. We arrived at 2:50 PM—10 minutes before the official check-in time. After ringing the bell multiple times with no response, I knocked on the window. The male host opened the door and was immediately rude, telling us to wait for an email. Shortly after, his wife came out and started shouting at us aggressively, ranting about how "unacceptable" it is to knock on a window. Unlike a hotel, there was no lobby to wait, leaving us stuck outside in the heat. Even though I apologized multiple times, she refused to listen and continued to yell and lecture us. We paid our own money just to be scolded like a misbehaving child. Because of her relentless screaming, my mother's blood pressure spiked to 180. As for the apartment itself, the quality was disappointing. There were cobwebs inside, the bed linens were heavily worn out and pilling, and the floor rug was very shabby. It felt as though the room was just filled with old, unwanted furniture. To top it all off, the house rules stated that guests cannot leave any trash behind. As a result, we had to carry our garbage bag with us and throw it away on our way to the train station. The hostility of this woman cast a shadow over our entire trip. I strongly advise against staying here if you expect basic respect and a hospitable environment

The apartment is new and clean, the location is excellent, hosts are friendly and they'll help you if you don't know Zagreb. Free parking, enough warm water, comfortable beds...
