Raduga Apartment Zagreb

La lavatrice, piccolina. Il materesso no' memory, era decente. C'e' ne aria condizionata funzionante.

Ho soggiornato in questo “appartamento” di 15 m², che sembra più grande solo se si conta lo spazio con il soffitto inclinato accanto il bagno — ideale forse per un animale domestico (che però non sono ammessi). Durante il mio soggiorno di 6 giorni, la connessione internet non ha funzionato per 3 giorni e l'elettricità è mancata per 2 giorni Le finestre si affacciano sull’ospedale Merkur Zajčeva, a circa 30 minuti a piedi, ma la vera questione è che non ci sono le tende per avere un po di privacy, poi io avevo  una mascherina per dormire. Non c'e' la lavatrice. Se cercate pace e silenzio, questo non è il posto giusto – le pareti non hanno alcun isolamento acustico, e dall’altro lato vivono bambini piccoli che giustamente giocano e fanno rumore. All’ingresso dell’appartamento troverete una raccolta di immondizia del vicino – accumulata presumibilmente per anni, d'altra parte sono state le scarpe dei bambini. La comunicazione con la proprietaria, la signora Ljudmila, è stata totalmente inutile e deludente. Essere alla mano non fa parte del offerta. Le chiamate e i messaggi non hanno portato a nulla, e in risposta alle mie lamentele mi ha inviato una foto lamentella di ospiti precedenti — forse per dire che stare senza internet e luce è normale. Si, poi avevo trovato che questa parte della citta rimmane spesso in buio, dicono i quotidianni. Nessuna licenza visibile, nessuna conferma di copertura assicurativa. In sintesi, nemmeno una bustina di Nescaffe di cortesia -  "non fa parte di offerta",  un’esperienza deludente e preoccupante. Il sapone liquido per le mani nel bagno pressubilmente e' detergente per i piatti, e via scorendo tutto cosi...  con grande faticha ho dovuto scrocare secondo asciugamanno, uno piccolo era per lavarsi il viso, almeno secondo i  standard che avevo trovato fino d'oggi. Le coperte e  i cuscini sembrano Made in Caritas. Auguri se sceliete questo posto.

Convenient location. The apartment was very clean and tidy. Close to grocery stores. The host was very helpful and friendly. Good for one or two people. My dog was welcomed.

Nice and comfortable apartment, very clean, with everything we needed. In a very nice and calm area.

The distance to the main bus/tram stop is about 15 minutes walk, but it was not a problem for us. There are also closer stops but the buses there don't go very often.

I liked the view and the quiet, positive atmosphere, the simplicity of the studio. Everything exceded my expectations.

Everything was great, both the flat and location. Caring host. Great value for the money. My highest recommendations.

The accommodation was great, amazing view over Zagreb. Hygiene is always a really important factor for me when it comes to apartments and the hygiene in the apartment was excellent not a bit of dust to be found. The staff was also amazing! Always reaching to see if your stay was up to par and asking if there was something they could do to improve your stay in the apartment. Location wise it is very good, you are in a very nice neighbourhood near the city it is only a 3 minute walk to the nearest supermarket. They have also provided you with a kitchen that has everything you need to cook breakfast, lunch and dinner and enough space to chill if you are done walking through Zagreb! Would recommend it to everyone going to Zagreb!!

The apartment is well-equipped. The localization is very good for a person who works in the Faculty of Science - Department of Mathematics of the University of Zagreb. The host is very polite and helpful.

The apartment could be cleaned more carefully before the guest's arrival. But it is not a big disadvantage.
